Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email support and include the address you used to sign in.

How do rankings work?

Rankings are based on your performance in quizzes and multiplayer matches (ELO-style). Stronger performance increases your rating.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly inside the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions, select Kon-Tiki, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Report a bug

When reporting a bug, include your device model, iOS version, and what you did right before the issue happened.
